So I saw these cute little ruffled leggings on a kid one day with my mom! We thought they were super cute but figured they were also, super expensive. So I thought, "hey I can figure out how to make those"...and I did. But then I thought they needed a skirt because ruffles are really better when they are overwhelming... don't you think? Also there are matching headbands. They are a bit of a pain to make. Now I know why they would be super expensive.

| This one was my favorite. I rethought the ruffled legging thing. Apparently there is such a thing as TOO MUCH RUFFLE. But I do love this one just the way it is! |
